If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
The Gelita return policy is limited to products purchased in the Gelita online store. Products purchased from third parties are subject to their own policies, independent of Gelita.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer for all items you are not completely satisfied with. If possible, we kindly ask you to return the item unused and in its original packaging, and we would greatly appreciate it.
RETURN AND SHIPPING PROCESS
Follow the instructions from our customer service to file a warranty claim.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gelita, Oude Zeeweg 41, 2202CH Noordwijk) support@gelita.nl, via an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such a refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of:
- Products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
- Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
