Standard Shipping - Delivery Time
The normal delivery time for all products is ordered before 3:00 PM, delivered tomorrow. We do everything we can to deliver this item on time. However, in some cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances. Keep an eye on your track and trace to check the exact delivery time and date of the package.
Shipping - Covid 19 Special Circumstances
Throughout the Netherlands, more online orders are being placed than ever due to the coronavirus crisis. Due to the enormous pressure on postal companies, it is possible that your package may arrive delayed. We understand that this is very inconvenient, but we still ask for your understanding. Delivery Options
Our packages are shipped with different carriers. From our own warehouse, all packages are shipped with DHL. In our external warehouse, packages are shipped with different carriers, and the one that can deliver the fastest at that moment is preferred. Within the Netherlands, these are DPD, DHL, and PostNL.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose which carrier will deliver the package. But don't worry, we will always choose the best one for you!
